Are all backdrops included in every package?
Backdrop availability depends on your package tier. Basic packages include our standard options. Premium and Lux packages unlock access to premium and immersive backdrops.
Can I upgrade to a different backdrop after booking?
Yes! If you’d like to upgrade to a premium or immersive backdrop after booking, just contact us before your event date. We’re happy to accommodate based on availability.
What are immersive backdrops?
Immersive backdrops go beyond visuals — they create an environment. These custom-built installs are designed to transform your space and enhance the guest experience. Included in our Lux package.
Can I bring my own backdrop?
In most cases, yes — as long as the dimensions and setup are compatible with our booth. Let us know in advance and we’ll coordinate setup details with you.
How much space is needed for a backdrop setup?
We recommend a minimum of 10×10 feet of floor space with at least 10 feet of ceiling clearance for backdrop setups. Immersive backdrops may require additional room depending on the design.
